ALC Quilters

They meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every Month at 9:00 AM.

The group ties quilts together, then takes them home to sew and finish.  The quilts are given to wrap graduating seniors in prayer and love; comfort those who have survived a wide variety of trauma in our own community; and to enfold families with love throughout the world through the ministry of Lutheran World Relief. This monthly group offers a chance for everyone to work together while visiting together. If you would like to help but can’t meet with the group, talk to one of the quilters of the congregation and arrange to take material home to cut into squares, sew into tops, or stitch onto backs!
